Matt grew up in the concrete industry — literally. From the age of three, his father Brian had him out in the field, watching, learning, and taking on whatever small tasks could keep a kid busy. What started as tagging along became a lifelong passion for the craft.
Over the years, Matt developed a deep understanding of every aspect of the business, from design and engineering to hands-on installation. He brings strong leadership, a great attitude, and the same commitment to quality that his father built the company on.
Today, Matt oversees the day-to-day operations of NWPCC. Whether you bring us a rough idea or a detailed vision, Matt and the team will work closely with you to refine the design, ensure it meets your approval, and deliver a professionally installed finished product — creating beautiful, lasting spaces for people to enjoy.

In Memory of Our Founder
Brian was the heart and soul of Northwest Pacific Concrete Construction. He founded the company in 1979 in Seattle, Washington, and spent decades building a reputation defined by craftsmanship, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Over the course of his career, Brian completed countless concrete projects across Washington, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond — even taking on work in the Alaskan tundra. His skills extended to the Bering Sea, where he performed all aspects of concrete work on crab fishing vessels, a testament to his versatility and fearless work ethic.
Brian was a rare combination of creative visionary, skilled engineer, and hands-on builder. He saw every project through from concept to completion, and he took immense pride in every pour, every finish, and every final detail. That pride is the foundation this company was built on, and it’s the standard we continue to uphold in his honor.
His legacy lives on in every project we take on and in the values he instilled — do the work, do it right, and take pride in what you build.
